Looking at my chart I was bummed yesterday about the dip but it went back up today. How many temps have to stay up in order to make the chart tri-phasic? Thanks for the input ladies!!

Look at tiggs hers is thats the problem i'm having is figuring out if mine is cause ff wont tell you of you dont have vip I'm so excited for you to test

Ok ladies biphasic is two lvls of difference.. so look at where your cross hairs are..
the diff before and after ovulation.. When your chart goes triphasic there is an
additional thermo shift and from what it looks like... if our temps keep rising or
staying in this range, we all have gone Triphasic..
