Does your temp stay higher all day after ovulation? Or is it JUST your BBT you are looking for? I just got off work and took my temp just because I was curious, and it was not as high as I thought it would be after working all night. After I go to sleep and wake back up, could it still be higher? My cervix is dropping back down and my EWCM is not nearly as stretchy. If I Od I think it would have been yesterday/last night..

Well your temp won't be the same as your BBT. So I wouldn't really worry about it too much. It most likely will be higher if you sleep for a solid 3-4 hours. Are you temping orally or vaginally?

Dont worry about what your temps is any other time than your bbt. Has no bearings on what is going on
