I would keep the orignial one and just leave it open... I am no good with picking the right temps for the fact I take 3 seperate ones in the morning and input the one I like the best
Haha guilty of similar . I nearly always wake up about 3am before the 5:30 alarm and if it isn't too different then I usually put the first one because it is nearly always "better". Oh well, bigger block of sleep so it's more accurate right? . I would keep the first and record disturbed sleep. I think I did that for one of the temps this cycle pre O and it seemed to work out ok
