So when I unexpectedly found out I was pregnant in July while taking birth control and methotrexate for my rheumatoid arthritis I remember feeling like I was going to have an RA flare the week AF was due. In fact the reason I even bought a pregnancy test was that I was a week late and was planning on taking a higher dose of my methotrexate but wanted to be sure before I did so. Well I did end up miscarrying and I believe it was from taking methotrexate while pregnant but thats not my point here. My point is that today I feel like I'm gearing up for an RA flare. My knees are really swollen and hurt and I'm super tired. I'm hoping this is a good sign and not just some cruel joke my body is playing on me.
