In case you haven't seen my earlier post, I had another super low temp today...
I got a positive OPK this weekend and ever since I've had 3 days of almost identical low temps. I'm nervous I will never see that spike

The only thing I feel positive about right now is that my temps have been so steady these past 3 days...almost the exact temp. At least it's not fluctuating a whole lot...maybe I'm regulating. and MAYBE just MAYBE I'll see my spike tomorrow.

Funny story...I woke up this morning because I heard my dog jump down off the bed and I was wondering what she was doing. When I looked down, she was on the floor with my basal body thermometer!! and she had it in her mouth like she was temping! I freaked out...I have no idea how she snuck that off my bedside table. Gosh, I hope it still works. dumb dogs...

One more random thought: I am a runner...I run about 12-16 miles a week. I got up to go run this morning but I just couldn't. I'm going to take a few days off while I'm trying to get my body to O. I know it sounds crazy, but I feel like I'll mess something up by intense running. I ran last night--but I stopped after a 2 mile jog. I wasn't tired, but I just felt like I was throwing my eggie around (crazy, huh?). So until I get my temp spike, I'm going to make my best attempt to eat healthy, but otherwise, lay low and let my body do what it needs to do. Any opinions on this? I know it's probably crazy thinking...

If running is something you do regularly, I don't think it would matter much to stop for a while.

FX for you to see a temp jump tomorrow!!

I do hope you finally O. I was reading about running and TTC and from what I read you should scale back on the running a little, from what I gathered, but maybe I am wrong . I was running and decided to cut back too. I don't run as much as you though! I think its awesome you can run like that!!

Thanks sweetie peas, its something I've been working at for over a year. I use to be an awful runner. I think if I get pregnant ill continue to run, but scale it wayy back... Like easy jogs. After I'm sure I Od I'll probably do a little jogging as well. Not completely cut it out, but not do it so intensely like I usually do.
