We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs with chips on the side and had lots of yummy store bought dessert with family followed by an Easter egg hunt for the kiddo's!

So the egg rolls turned out for you Leslie?? Was it as hard as you thought it would be??

Nothing exciting here, spaghetti with pepperoni in the sauce and garlic cheesy biscuits. For dessert made monster cookies in pan form (instead of individual cookies) and had ice cream cookie sundaes.

No idea what I will make tomorrow night as it will only be DS and I. Last night (Friday) we had chocolate chip pancakes with bacon. Instead of using regular syrup I bought this chocolate pb spread for toast, I took 2 big spoonfuls of that and melted it in the microwave and poured it over the pancakes. It was so delicious!!!

Monday we will probably do burgers and fries. I really want to make this recipe for individual apple pies using croissants and apple slices.

I am trying to pass the time until we meet the doctor on April 5th. So that means I have been looking at more recipes to try and reading more about options.

Last night was turkey burgers and homemade chipotle sweet potato fries - tasted like summer even though it's about 30 degrees here!

Tonight I'm making baked salmon with Dijon and panko breadcrumbs, roasted asparagus and baked potatoes. I recently discovered Alton Brown's method for perfect baked potatoes, and it truly is PERFECT! Google it if you like your baked taters

Last night we had fried chicken, potatoes with garlic and mrs. dash, and green beans.

Tonight we are having brats but instead of using a bun, we wrap it in a tortilla with a slice of cheese....yummmo!
