I'm not sure if I'm 2 or 3 dpo. I haven't gotten my ch's on my chart just yet. I had some mild spotting this morning and this evening all evening I've been having cramping. I know it's too early for implantation but that's doesn't mean it can't be some sort of sign. I wonder has anyone ever had this spotting/cramping this early and actually ended up with a bfp? Or is it just wishful thinking on my part.

I have tons of cramping during and after O. As far as spotting it could be ovulation spotting as well which tends to show up on day of O and couple of days later Sounds like a great sign. It could also be irriation from too much BD

I tend to cramp and feel funky in the days following O pretty much every cycle. It's usually the best indicator for me that I did O. It could be spotting from O too. Good luck this cycle . I have come to learn that pretty much anything in the tww can mean everything or nothing and there isn't much of a way to know whether it is from pregnancy or not until you get that bfp. Very frustrating and obnoxious but seemingly true nonetheless!

I know right. I try not to read too much into anything. Now I'm just hoping nothing is wrong they are getting quite intense. I've never had them like this before. I usually only cramp on the first day of AF. In the past I have spotted on ovulation day or the day after. The spotting doesn't concern me as much as the cramping does. It started suddenly, I was standing in the kitchen not feeling anything and just suddenly the cramping started. It was mild kinda achy at first. I took a warm bath now they are worse. I can't handle any more set backs or anything else being wrong with my body. I am at my limit.

Honestly sometimes some of them are randomly so intense that they almost take my breath away, especially the first few cycles off the pill. Could be something unrelated too and your stomach is a bit grumpy about something? I always tend to hope it is fallopian tubes anxiously rushing a fertilised egg down the shoot .

I don't know if that is "normal" or not but just my personal experience and I seem to be Oing and having decent luteal phases and temps and everything so I think all is ok

Thank Bella, I went to bed with them and woke up with them this morning perhaps they will subside soon. I like your theory though

Hello! If it makes you feel any better, during my ovulation I used to have very very light cramping, sometimes, not always. Before I started the pill and during. I came off the pill 2 months ago and since then I have been having very annoying cramping and this month it has been even worse. My period is due in exactly a week, but yesterday my cramping was that bad it felt like my period was about to start then! I was supposed to be ovulating on Wednesday but OPK was negative and then I ran out so not sure when I actually ovulated, if I have yet, but it feels like it could have happened between yesterday and today. I am regular and ovulation has never happened that late before but well...expect everything lol Good luck!

Thanks seaweed I looked at a bunch of charts and I see a lot of women do cramp around 3-4 days dpo so it's pretty normal.
