I generally get that cramping right around that point but I hope it's a good sign for you. From memory the yellowish cm is yellowish due to progesterone in your body, which I think that is also good as I'm pretty sure it means you have really good progesterone levels . Good luck in the tww!

I would stick with paracetamol instead just in case

This might mean more to you guys but I've heard that paracetemol is safe
Info for midol
FDB Contraindicated or Not Recommended: FDA C;RISK OF EARLY PREGNANCY MISCARRIAGE/PREMATURE CLOSURE OF DUCTUS ARTERIOSUS

7 DPO-
I still have the period like cramps, but there a lot lighter. No spotting or anything. Also going to the bathroom every 30 min-1hr it seems.
Hope this is not all in my head.

You only gain 5lbs in the first trimester right?
In 2-3wks I've gone up 5lbs. But scale could be wrong, could be preg or I need to diet.
10 DPO- no cramps or anything.
13 DPO - major period cramps but no period. Negative test.
