I've had them before, but never went to the Dr. for them because they pointed out I had one or two about ten years ago during an ultrasound but said they were normal. So when I get them, I just pass it off and wait for it to go away which usuall takes a week or two. Well the last couple months I've had a pain on my right side like I get with a cyst. I was ready to go call the Dr. to see if it needed drained, or something done because I'd had it so long. Then yesturday I was in horrible pain from it and almost went in, but I think it finally passed/burst. I feel much better today! Thank goodness! So I was wondering if any of you experience this? And does anyone know if that's possibly why we haven't conceived the last couple cycle's? Even though my periods have still been regular?
I've had cysts before. The larger the cyst the worse it hurts in my opinion. I've had them actually become large enough to rupture as well and let me tell ya one of them has dropped me to my knees and actually causes me to vomit I was in so much pain. My OB told me when I first started having them that it may cause me to have fertility problems when I did decided to try and have children. This is only my first cycle so I can't really speak to that though.
Thanks ladies! Glad to know I'm not alone. It was horrible pain yesturday! I feel tons better today! Still having cramping a little today and had some spotting, but not sure if that's from the cyst or the end of af still.
I just wanted to let you know I have just seen my ob about this issue. I was having pain on the left ovary area, got my u/s and they found some small cysts. I have never had them before ,but have almost always been on some sort of birth control, which helps with them. Obviously I don't want birth control right now, lol. Anyways, just wanted to tell you that my OB said that they shouldn't get in the way of TTC. It is painful though..
