FF has my chart to being I should ovulate tomorrow. While I know that isn't always the case, my temps have me slightly confused. I take it at the same time every morning, I put the data in after I take my temp.
I am having EWCM and cramping, but my temps look odd to me. It could be because I'm not 100% sure on how to read them yet, or something else.
Could you possibly offer me some insight on what it looks like to you? I hope I am making sense haha. Does it look like I could O tomorrow or a bit later?
Any insight would be great! I'm still new at all this
I know you can't really predict haha, if we could all this would be much easier! The up and down like it was, was throwing me off. I guess possibly because I didn't have a very good idea from before how it would go, since I just started. Thanks!
I don't temp orally. I wasn't sure if it was also because I have a hard time sleeping. However since I started temping, I made sure I don't get out of bed unless I absolutely have to. I haven't had to the past few nights where it goes up and down.
Do you wake up a lot, and roll over? This is when my temps jump like that..
Has it been fluctuating in temp where you live? That is another thing that
can cause it.. The past few days on my chart it was getting colder and hotter,
so I kept throwing covers off or pulling more on.. I hope you figure out the
jumps and dips.. could just be nothing.. For myself a difference of even 15
minutes iether direction in temping can cause this ...
