It's a no go this month.
I was so sure I was prego. Just a late period that rarely happens.
Don't know what to do. Go to the doc of course, but other then that...
With all the cramps I had before the period I just knew I was preg. Like I have said in other post, I don't get cramps until my period starts and stomach was feeling weird.

How long have you been TTC?
Many times doctors will not do anything unless you have been trying for at least a year, if you are under the age of 30-35 usually.
Have you ever had any blood tests done?
If not then I would ask for them. I would want to know if I had PCOS, FSH levels, any addition hormones they check for as well.
If you have been TTC for a bit then I would ask for Clomid or Femara to help stregthen your O. My doctor monitors every single cycle so that means multiple ultrasounds a month to check follie growth and lining. Then @ 7DPO progestrone check to check to see if I have indeed O'd and how "strong" it was.
If you have regular cycles the main thing is to remember that sickness and stress can radically affect your cycle. If you are not charting your temp then I suggest it highly. It pinpoints O date and with the use of OPKs you can track your fertile days as well. Honestly I have very regular cycles but once I started charting I noticed that I was Oing earlier in my cycle some months and then other months a bit later. I was going off a web/mobile O calendar which was WAY OFF.
I'm 31. Ive been TTC since January 2012. About 4-5 of those months one or both us have been sick around ovulation, 2 of the months we have had a family member pass. So 4-5 of the months we didn't try that hard. My cycles are usually very regular. This month it was not. Was suppose to start last Friday or Saturday and I started today.
I use OPKs, ovulation calendars, preseed (used it 1 mnth)
Husband has diabetes, all 3 of his sisters have had trouble conceiving or miscarriages. He is calling the doctor today and getting a appointment for a seman test for this week. He has also agreed to lower his caffeine intake and exercise with me. Will see.

I am sorry that AF showed up Hoping next months brings your bfp. Since you have been trying for over a year, I would see if your doctor would at least do some blood work. The blood work would be able to give you ideas if your hormone levels are ok.
