What a stinking long weekend at work!!! I never thought it would end. So glad to be off until the 18th!!!! Sorry I missed out on some of the posts this weekend. I will get caught up on all of probably over the next day or so. But ya'll were definitely in my thoughts and prayers. This weekend definitely gave me a chance to think about things and do some more research which I needed. I feel a lot better with our decision to at least try IUI for a couple of cycles (even though Clomid and I aren't bffs). I wanted to share this with you though because all weekend long I have been super crampy, here is a pic of my chart on countdowntopregnancy: . I am pretty sure this is the latest I have ever ovulated (I am usually a 32 day cycle kind of gal). I just had to share this with you because I was pretty excited when I plugged in my temps the last couple of days I am off to bed to spend some time with DH I have to reward him for fencing in our back yard and doing some work around the house

Love Ya'll,
Sarah Jane

You're chart looks so pretty I'm so happy that you have been able to figure some stuff out and make plans!

Work has been so crazy for me too. I've been in a code at least once a week lately... It makes me so nervous. One of my patients actually coded this weekend... I feel like they are sending us so many people who need to be in ICU and its so stressful!! I love my patients and I carry the burden with me when something happens to them... I've been upset since I've been off

Sorry for the spill... I figured a fellow nurse would understand!

Keep us updated!!! I have my fingers and toes crossed for you!

I can definitely understand and relate to you Jill. I definitely agree, I think that we send pts out of the unit to soon or put them on the floor and they really need to be monitored more closely. I can definitely relate to being upset to when something bad happens to one of my pts. I really hate when we have a pt that has been in the unit for awhile, we have all gotten attached to the family and then the pt doesn't make it. It breaks my heart. No need to apologize for spilling, I definitely understand. Feel free to PM me anytime, I am up at all hours thanks to my nigh shift life style
