I always like when the temp jump happens after 7dpo because if I get the same level of high temps for a couple of days I might see that nice triphasic tab pop up . So much creamy CM still, nipples still sore but it's been going on since so early in the tww that I am calling it irrelevant to my symptom hunting .
Apparently peppermint tea, the 100% herb one, is meant to make your uterus lining nice and thick and raspberry leaf tea I have read is good to take when ttc too. Some worry that it is bad and causes uterine contractions so then think it makes you.miscarry but it doesn't from the articles I've read. One midwifes article said it was good to take throughout ttc and pregnancy, just maybe only a cup a day until third trimester. I stopped a few days with that onto the tww though. Will see if it worked hey?
Temp is still up today, I hope tomorrow's is higher or about the same! My temp needs to be at least 37.15 but I want to see FF say "possibly triphasic on CD20" . I don't know if putting a new pic here will change the first one (sometimes it does XD) but here is my chart with today's temp included
Lol what about your chart Leslie? It's smoking hot!!
