Finally got my husband to see the doc and see if anything is wrong and get a semen analysis test.
Doc said he needs to get control of his diabetes.
I have been trying for months to get him to work out and eat better(when we eat out ). He always said he will then never did anything. Maybe he will listen to the doc.

For sure! I work in the field of public health and getting people to manage their diabetes is one of the HOTTEST topics out there right now. I hope he will listen to the doctor.

One of my good friends Is diabetic and benifited from the Paleo diet, she has lost
over 100 pounds and lowered most her diabetic meds, and even reversed some of
her major medical issues.. Here is a link if you would like to check it out...

We are just doing no fast food , less salty foods, less diet cokes, lots of veggies and fruits. At home we use ground turkey and chicken. Rarely ever buy beef. Eating out is what we have to work on and getting him to the gym. I run and do yoga.

I don't know the results. How long does it take?
He doesn't talk about it. All he said was he needs to get his diabetes under control. That's going ok I guess. He works out but not enough if you ask me. 15-20min each time. If I question the low amount of working out he gets upset and says you act like I don't do enough. I just leave it at that.
