I was just checking it, because I NEED to lose some weight...and I've read a lot about the helping with ovulation....have you tried them? Would you? They're kind of expensive, but I'm willing to give it a try...

Any thoughts?

Thank you!

I have the HCG drops and they didn't turn a pregnancy test positive.

The HCG diet is pretty hardcore..500 calories. If you go that route I would put TTC on hold while you lose the unwanted weight. I think there are better alternatives than the drops.

The drops don't have true HCG but the injections do.

Hi LucasMom,
To lose some weight break meals in small frequent meals and prefer raw food over processed food. Drink more water than routine, have green tea after every meal and avoid soft drinks. Exercise regularly as it will burn your body fat, boost metabolism and helps in losing weight and do not eat shortly before going to bed.

Weight watchers is the best thing around in my opinion. And I would think it would be safe during pregnancy as long as you allowed extra calories.
