So where do I find this stuff?? I've been to 4 stores today and can't find it! Am I looking in the wrong section or something!? I've spent like all day searching haha... And also when can I take it? Can I take it now (whenever I find it) or do I have to wait for a new cycle?

The best thing to do it order it off Amazon. You'll need to wait until your cycle begins again to start taking it. I think you start it on CD 2.

Ok with soy iso you want to take it cd 1-5, 3-7 or 5-9, the earlier you take it the more eggs you produce, and the less mature they are.. Say you take it 1-5 (more eggies, less mature) 3-7 (still a chance of multiple eggs but more mature) 5-9 ( One really mature egg) I staggered my dose this month, ( I took it like this the first
month, 1-5 cd1 80mg, cd2 80mg, cd3 80mg, cd 4120mg, cd5 120mg)
Second month ( 3-7 cd3 120mg, cd4 160mg, cd5 160mg, cd6 200mg, cd7 200mg)
TAKE this with EPO I used 1000 mg the first try and was still too dry, so the second month I took it cd 1 through Ovulation at 3000mg a day.. I had a good river around O!!

So if I take 80 mg, do I take two 40 mg at one time, or at two separate times during the day?

Two at a time is what I would do, and I have heard that cd 3-7 is a good in between with the soy.
