I've been reading a lot on Vitex and I've seen sooo many people who, just like me, weren't ovulating and after they started vitex they ovulated and conceived pretty quickly! I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with this? Has anyone ever tried it??

All opinions welcome! Please!

I've been taking it for a few months to lengthen my luteal phase. It's helping a little, I think. Also look into maca and acupuncture. Whole World Botanicals - Royal Maca -- Information About This Rainforest Herb

I prefer Soy Iso over Vitex. I think it can take up to 6 months to see any real results with Vitex. But I do have both lol So i cannot be too biased

I took Vitex when i came off BCP a long time ago... and it never really seemed to help me that much. It took almost 9 months for me to regulate my periods.. of which time I only had like 4 periods. I started taking Soy Iso a few months back and it helped immediately with a stronger O and even helped me produce more than one mature follie I would do what is best for you though I got my Soy Iso at Walmart and Vitex at GNC.

I have the soy already so maybe I'll try that first. What about fertilaid? I'm willing to try anything to help me regulate back to how I was before BCP! Maybe I should just stick to the soy first...?

About a year ago I tried Vitex. I was having very irregular cycles 28-42 days but based on BBT I always ovulated. Well the vitex did not help regulate my cycles at all and made my AF weird. Like really thin and watery. Not sure if it will help with ovulation because I did not have that problem. I read a lot of mixed things about vitex. I personally would just get clomid if I thought I was not ovulating. Easier to just get what really works than fool around with something that may or may not help.

I took Vitex for a week during my last period. Dunno if it was a coincidence or not but I'm pregnant now.
