Are the temps on my chart normal for going up and down like they are? Ever since last month, I'm very cautious about my temps, silly, I know. I just want to get my CH this month and actually know when I ovulate. I'm on CD9 and I should O around the 3rd or 4th of June.

I think when you only have four or five temps, it's so easy for it to appear to be all over the place. It wasn't until I had like 15 temps and some were the same as others that my chart started looking normal and stopped looking ridiculous.

You take them at the exact same time every morning?
If so I agree... They are not too bad. I have seen some far worse!!! Your chart should be pretty easy to read later

I hope so!

Yes, every time. Because my morning routine is so set. Its scary how quickly we get up, ready and out of the house all 5 of us haha.

I should add, I have had mornings it's been off a few minutes, but 6:31 is when my thing is set, I reach for my BBT off the nightstand, take my temp, get up, start my day. Weekends I just roll back over, haha.

I'm just hoping to have a good month, May was horrible for charting.

Mine were all over the place. Also I found that my temps bounced more when I temped orally. I switched to vaginal temping on cycle #2

I haven't ever temped orally because I sleep with my mouth open.

But they seem to be back to normal. Hoping this month is it!
