Anyone out there a runner and still running a lot while TTC? i was running the last time i got pregnant but stopped right away because i felt so sick. this time i am REALLY hoping i can run throughout pregnancy for as long as i can. i run about 20 miles a week. i am hoping that it doesnt hurt any chances of becoming pregnant, although I dont think it will. does anyone know? or have experience? any kind of exercise?

I was an avid cyclist before I got pregnant. I rode pretty darn hard during my tww. Exercise is a good thing. I won't be riding on the road anymore but I plan to keep teaching indoor cycling at my gym.

I am not a runner like you, a mere beginner, but I've still been running. When I do get pregnant, I plan to continue until I feel I can't anymore.

I am a slow runner, trying to build up speed and endurance. I wondered the same thing about running in pregnancy, but I am definitely going to keep exercising during TTC and plan to exercise throughout pregnancy when it happens!
