Does anyone know what might cause this? I know I have to be either 1 dpo or 2dpo, because I got my positive opk 3 days ago and my clear bbt rise appeared this morning. I don't know what could possibly be causing cramps like this, could it be after-effects or aches from ovulation yesterday? Does anyone else have cramps the day AFTER they know they ovulated?

Hey, I'm not sure what causes them but I had them too this cycle! They were pretty brief and I'm not sure but hoping its a good sign? We may be cycle buddies, I think I ovulated about 3 days ago too according to FF.

Good luck!
