Hello ladies! I really thought it was possible I could have been pregnant this month. I had so many symptoms. I started to spot light pink and brown around 7-8 dpo . I woke up yesterday 10dpo and I was bleeding heavy and noticed some clots. I have had terrible cramps since i started spotting. I'm assuming it is AF but it is a week early(wasn't due for her until 7/5). My periods are pretty regular so I was really shocked about this. I have had periods come a few days late but never a week early?! I'm feeling a little confused when I would be ovulating again. I don't currently temp, but I have considered buying one of this kits that let you know when it's time. I have been using an app to track fertile days and periods since Feb. How do I know when i will be ovulating next since my period came a week early?

I would honestly look into temping, there isn't a lot to it. You can get a BBT at any store, I got mine at CVS. I use the Fertility Friend app on my phone to plug in my temp (take it in the morning, same time, every day, before you get out of bed with at least 3 hours of solid rest). That calculates my temps, when I should ovulate etc based off past cycles I've put in there. It takes no more than 5 minutes to do it also.
I would count the first full day of heavy bleeding as CD1.
