Hey ladies, I had an ultrasound on CD7 and my lining was 4mm. Does anyone have any insight as to whether that is good, bad or average? AF lasted from CD1-4 and I had spotting on CD5. I have no idea and noone said anything.

Hopefully! If you're into supplements and diet, I've read that vitamin E is supposed to help lining (I take 800 a day). Also, pomegranate juice (which, when pure is expensive and hard to find) and the bromelain found in pineapple core. Red raspberry leaf tea is very nice with honey and good for uterine lining as well.

Because I've now eaten pineapple until I've given myself mouth sores, I've just recently started taking bromelain tablets. I also take red raspberry in tablets because I feel like I'm drinking things all the live-long day!

I hate trying to decipher medical stuff and I hope your doctor can tell you if that's the norm!
