Has anyone had success with either of these? How long did it take? My cycles are all over. Started inositol and folic acid as well as b6 this month and I am now on day 29 and I have not ovulated as far as i know. There is only one day I did not test a while back. I did have a pretty dark, but not positive line a few days ago. If i only test with opks once a day can I miss the surge? My temps are all over anyways tho

I have no advice on the meds mentioned, but I can tell you that I have a fast surge
I can have a neg in the am, a positive n the pm and then have it be negative the next day..
that's why I tested more then once a day.. hope you get every thing straitened out..
fx to you...

Thank you! I saw that you used soy iso. A friend recommended that and I have been debating about it. How many cycles did you take it and how did you take it, if you dont mind answering of course ? It seems several people take different amounts at different times? Thanks

I had been thinking about trying ovaboost to shorten and help regulate my cycles, the main ingredients I think are myo- inositol , melanin, and coq 10 enzyme or something like that. I bought it but but I haven't gotten the nerve to start taking it, lol. I hope you get some feedback on the myo-inositol especially because that would help me too!

EDIT!
I forgot to add! I have not taken soy myself, but I read that people usually start by taking 80 or 120 mg of Soy each day from CD3-CD7. The soy is supposed to be like clomid, except roughly half the strength, so it would be similar to taking 40 or 60 mg of Clomid CD3-CD7 (beginning dose for Clomid is 50mg)

Thank you so much! Yes the reason I am taking the inositol is because the pregnitude is made of that and folic acid and it was way cheaper to buy it that way.

I took soy for 4 cycles, upping dose each time. the dose that
finally worked was cd2 & cd3 took 120 mg, cd4 & cd5 took 160mg
cd6 took 200mg. I took epo cd1 through confirmed O, 3000mg a day,
to help with cm, and did the sperm meets egg plan for DTD.

@offshoremama I'm glad to hear that it worked for you! I have always wondered why sometimes people choose to take staggered doses of soy. Is there a reasoning behind choosing to increase your dose during the five days or ids it just something people try if the beginning dose doesn't do what they want?

I ask because I am interested in supplements, I believe I may have pcos and that may account for my long cycles but my Dr did the blood tests and ultrasound and said the results do not quite meet the diagnosis criteria for pcos ... So she said come back in a year if my periods still do not become regular but I am thinking maybe the right supplements can help me regulate. I just am so afraid of taking something that makes my cycles even longer...

I am not sure it was something I heard worked better.. the first
time I took it, I took 80 strait across my days, did nodda. Then I tried
100 all days, noffin.. So I read up more on it and researched.. That's
when I started staggering, and finally found my dose..

Thank you both so much. Af came today for mr - day 30. This is the shortest cycle I have had in months so I am thinking the inositol helped with that. Obviously though I an not pregnant and i never got a positive opk so I think I will try the soy this mext time around. I have until december to do it without clomid, if not by then I will try that i guess.
