My fave comfort food is sweet potatos...I make em into fries...or sweet potato chips...or mashed sweet potatos with a lillllll tiny bit if butter and lots of cinnamon. I make sweet potato cinnamon muffins (I can add protein powder for DH bc he needs extra protein for lifting weights or whatever).....I make sweet potato pancakes (can add extra protein here too)

I have just grown to love them and better yet they are pretty healthy long as u don't add too much bad stuff to it...I sometimes do light butter on mashed...muffin..pancake but not so bad...I substitute baby food pears in the muffins and pancakes to add natural sweetness (a lil brown sugar too)...I just looove them!!!
