I take a multi vitamin daily with folic acid, magnesium and calcium since I'm trying for a girl. I loosely follow the "girl diet" eating foods high in acidity, but I have to admit I eat whatever sounds good most of the time lol.
Nothing really here. I did take OPKs this cycle but that was stressful beyond belief and I found myself obsessing about it. BDing became too routine LOL. I think next cycle, we'll just wing it. Of course I say that now...it might change!

i take prenatals and stop getting up to pee after BD . we are just going to BD every other or every night for the next couple weeks. i usually have a pretty regular cycle (hoping it goes back to normal after my recent loss but my first AF was right on schedule so heres to hoping!), so i usually have no trouble knowing when I O. i dont temp or use OPKs cuz i know it would stress me out (tried it once...). really hoping this month is the month!!!!!
I am loving some of the ideas on here, I've been really looking into taking EPO next cycle. And I am wanting to to the lemon water detox and cutting back on my soda intake since that's about all I drink, I'm going to limit myself to one a day.
Right now I take a prenatal vitamin, opk's, and cm checking. What is the B Complex for?
