I don't work now, mainly to keep stress down while ttc. Which has worked.
I've been sleeping til 8:30-9 daily. Was thinking I need to stop sleeping in. Then I think while we are TTC I should just keep sleeping in then later go back to getting up by 8.
Keep sleeping in to get enough rest or go back to getting up no later then 8?

If you need a certain amount of hours to feel rested then sleep in or maybe get your self on a different schedule like og to bed and hour earlier and get the same amount of hours.... If you function well getting up at 8 and still going to bed the same time and are going to need to go back to getting up at 8 for work or whatever reason maybe start getting your body used to that again.

I would say gradually change it to a normal routine. For instance I usually wake around 6:15 for work but 2 days out of the month I have to be in at 5:30 which means I have to wake at 4:30 and it screws me up for days on end. If you don't have any other commitments to waking up at a certain time change it gradually otherwise your body will probably be all jacked up like mine is

I say do whatever keeps your stress levels down! Lord knows once you're preggo sleep goes out the window toward the end, and just goes downhill from there I'd just get enough rest however that best works for you.

I don't think the sleep schedule would impact TTC or anything. But, I couldn't stay in bed past 8. I'm a morning person, though. I loooove my mornings. I feel like I waste a day if I sleep past 7, and I'm usually up at 6 or earlier.

Do you temp because that extra sleep will mess up your temp otherwise I say sleep until you feel rested. It wont affect TTC
