Is there a good vitamin to give my hubby for ttc? I'm wanting to pull out all of the stops and do everything I can possibly do to get that bfp, if it means making him take meds with me

i'll check them out tomorrow. And I know the feeling it's hard to get my hubby to take things, I usually have to be the one handing him the meds, even if he's sick I have to remind him to take them. So when I take my prenatal's I'll have him take his vitamins.

My DH is into weight lifting so I got lucky bc he takes vitamins anyway...but I think a multivitamin would be good...my friend adds liquid multivitamins to her husbands coffee lol but they aren't ttc she just started bc he was complaining of being tired and whatnot and his diet was lacking so she figured...she just one day said she was thinking of adding vitamins to smoothies and stuff for them...like a man he just prolly didn't listen and nodded and smiled so she took that as the go ahead to dose him up lol

I highly recommend men's daily performance and vitality from GNC. Now I know it is a little pricey but I think it is totally worth it. I think between that and the fertility blend, having him take that for at least 3 mos I think that is what helped us get pregnant with our little peanut. Just as a forewarning though, the performance and vitality vitamins really revved up DH's sex drive.

Fertilaid for men or fertility blend for men are both great...as well as L-arginine and L-carnitine, pine bark extract, maca, vitamin c, d3, and zinc all can help sperm motility or mobility, and morphology.....all things to look into..

I usually get everything at amazon...

good luck!
