So I have read and heard so many different things on when to count CD1. Some say the first sign of spotting, others say the first full day. What do you count as CD1?

First heavy day....sometimes I spot just a little two days before..but then it comes heavy and I count that as CD1.

I usually spotted a day or two before a full flow, so I counted the first day that I needed to use a tampon or pad.

First day of regular flow. I hardly ever spot, though, so spotting isn't a concern for me. I normally wake up and AF has ARRIVED.
