On 8/18 I lost my little angel baby and started bleeding the 23rd. I was afraid my very predictable 28 day cycle would be thrown off but thankfully it is right on time! my SO is okay with trying, but he would like to start trying in January so the baby won't arrive right when school starts. For now I'm taking a once daily prenatal and fish oil (my OBGYN that I saw for my mc told me to start taking them 3-6 mo before trying if possible). I ordered opks and hpts and am so excited for the next 3 months

Yay!

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. But glad that the loss did not seem to mess up your cycle.
I just want to wish you the best of luck when you decide to try again in a few months. Sending you some

I remember reading something about TTC and fish oil, but I can't recall why...what does fish oil help with? Are you going to be temping, too? Or just using OPK's? I'm excited for you to start TTC again! I'm sorry about your loss...I hope it won't take long to get your sticky bean.

Thank you for your support! The fish oil is for the omega-3 fatty acids which aid in the brain development of baby. By taking the prenatal before and the fish oil before your body has all the nutrients the little bub will need in the crucial early weeks. My ob said it is turning into a standard recommendation for all women who are trying due to new research.
