Hey Ladies, so I'm new to this part of the board. I have a 2 year old daughter, and 8 month old daughter. I started having extreme ovarian pain last night and woke up this morning and it was super painful. I took an OPK and its straight out positive!! So do I start bd'ing tonight? And how often for how long? Will it be too late?

Yep! Start today. A positive OPK means you will O in 12-36 hours. I would recommend BDing tonight, tomorrow, and the next night just to make sure you are covered. Good luck!
