I had my mirena removed sept 20th.. Started bleeding the 23-27th. Started temping on the 23rd as well. My temp was all over the place. I wasn't positive I ovulated but according to Fertility friend I did on CD 16...AF arrived the 16th of this month and ended 20th... Have been temping everyday at 9am like clock work and my temps are still all over the place. I also noticed my luteal phase was only 7days last cycle. Just curious if anyone else is having this problem... I know it's only my second cycle TTC but I already feel discouraged and upset..

Sorry, this might be a stupid question, but is 9:00 when you wake up in the morning or are you getting up doing things and then temping? If it is your first morning temp before you get up and start doing things, then its possible you are just adjusting after the hormones and it could take a few cycles for things to get back to normal. It actually can take up to 12-18 cycles but it doesn't usually take that long for artificial hormones to leave your system. Can you include a chart link too?

Hi! Yes I'm having problems trying to get back to normal after Mirena as well. Had my 2nd Mirena removed August 29th, thought I had a period September 20-27 but now think it must have been withdrawal bleeding b/c I haven't had AF at all since. I am also having issues using the ClearBlue Advanced Digital OPK trying to figure out if/when I am even ovulating, and that's not working for me either. I did get pregnant with #1 after only a few weeks last year after getting off Mirena though, so it can totally happen! Good luck to you!! Keep us posted!

It won't let me add a link... But I wake up at 9am everyday, take my temp as soon as I hear my alarm go off.. Fertility friend says I ovulated last cycle but I don't think I did. I check my cm and cervix and my cm was just plain white and semi watery I never got any ewcm...

It won't let me add a link. But 9am is when I wake up everyday... Fertility friend says I ovulated last cycle but I don't think I did... I had the temp dip then spike for 3 days. But I didn't really have any ewcm. Is was a little watery with white in it semi stretchy... My cm has been mostly like white semi stretchy.... This morning my cervix was semi high soft and open with white cm slightly stretchy, I'm also having mild cramping this morning.. Almost like a tugging.
