Okay basically, I'm just curious about this. I just got a menstrual cup and used it for the first time during my last AF and well, obviously it's in a cup... so you see it in its "natural" state (as opposed to just seeing a red tampon). ANYWAYS, I noticed that it wasn't blood at all, basically it was just red EWCM. VERY goopy (you have to empty the cup, and so it makes like a looooong string of ewcm).
Needless to say, I was really surprised at this observation haha but I just want to know if it is SUPPOSED to be like this? Is it a case of that menstrual blood is actually bloody ewcm or is it more than you CAN have ewcm during your period and this was what I was seeing? If that makes sense? Like it won't be like that every cycle type thing...
Thank goodness I am not alone! Because this was my first cycle using the cup, it was the first time I've really had to look at it! lol So I don't have anything to compare it to...
So you're saying AF isn't actually like that, just sometimes we get AF and it is mixed with EWCM.
Out of interest did you O earlier those cycles? or anything out of the ordinary?
