I read the stats on Inofolic (the South African equivalent of Pregnitude) and in trials most women ovulated within 16 days or less from when they began taking it. So I am quite excited! lol I am on day 6 today

It says you don't need to wait until AF and can just start it no matter where you are in your cycle. I started it on CD43 because I'm just not really keen on another 80+ day cycle hey lol. I take a sachet in the morning and a sachet in the evening.

It says there haven't been any clinical trials done during pregnancy so they don't know the effects and thus recommend against using it while pregnant. I think I will stop it once I confirm O and then if I don't get a bfp I will just start it again at CD1.

With your last cycle O being on CD47 I would just start it now too. It will improve your egg quality so even if it doesn't help you to O sooner this cycle, it will still help.

How much does it say to take?
Technically I am taking just over 6 of your pills a day lol. With mine they said you could take 1 sachet a day but that it was most effective when taken 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I figured go big or go home I need results NOW, getting so tired of this whole thing...

The bottle says one tablet a day but hubby looked up a study that was done and said they used 2,000 mg in the study and it had good results. I hear ya on that. The longest cycle i had was 77 days and it was torture..hope it works for you soon! I'm going to start taking it and see what it does.
