What is your plan for week one (start Monday)? How will you ensure you meet your goal? Eat breakfast smoothie of bananas dates and spinach and snack on bananas or apples or slimfast bars and not real chocolate! Make sure I take my metformin, it makes such a difference.
What is your starting weight? What is your weight loss or fitness goal for this week ?
I'm 170 at the moment. I would like to have lost 2lbs this week ( I weighed last monday)
Ive lost 125 lbs since having my son in jan 2012. I gained 50 lbs with both boys and am currently 25 lbs less than I was in high school. :-) all I did was 1200 calories a day, slim fast and logging everything I eat into myfitnesspal.
That's awesome! I was 125 in high school and shot up to 171 in college. In 2010 I lost 50 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 4, but in the past year I've gone back up to the 140's so I'm trying to stop before I lose control.

What is your plan for week one (start Monday)? Just loaded up on fruit & veggies. I will make smoothies every morning & pre-make chicken to throw over spinach salads. I will not eat any more candy...I've been bad since V-day. Also, start running the treadmill at least 4 times per wk.

I'm in! I've been trying to change my lifestyle from a junk food junkie and convenience junkie to a more healthy slimmer me. I have recently found out that I am gluten intolerant, which I'm finding somewhat difficult because I'm a carb-aholic. So far between the stress of my last pregnancy and my new food changes, as well as additional exercise I have lost 10lbs.
My plan for this week is to plan the rest of my meals today, grocery shop for what I don't have, and make a meal board to either hang on the kitchen wall or attach to the side of our fridge.
I have a ton of veggies left and really need to cut them up for an easier go to snack or add on for meals. I've pretty much cleaned out all the junk. Dh is getting on board which makes these changes a whole lot easier.
As far as exercise, I have been doing three videos a day : 30 day shred, Slim in 6, and Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. I had my d&c on Wednesday so didn't get to workout then but have everyday since. I think I may be overdoing it a little right now since everyday since the procedure the bleeding and overall crampiness has increase a little each day. I was thinking of going down to only 2 videos a day till the bleeding stops. I wish it was warmer here now cause I would go walking instead.
My goal for the week is to not dine out and to keep within my goals of my Fitbit and MFP.
I've been eating clean the past 2.5 weeks and have been doing so well but I made the mistake of not having a snack handy with me today when I was running errands. So by the time I rushed to get DD from school, she was hungry and wanted chicken nuggets so…. I cheated and got myself a burger
My weigh in is on Friday mornings and this last weigh in I maintained. I was bad that week though and I was bad this weekend. I did start 2 weeks ago with exercising again (DDP Yoga) and I'm continuing with that. I also use myfitnesspal. I'm not always good at logging my food though.

My starting weight 135
I plan to have green smoothies for breakfast and eat mostly clean it's easiest for me to stick to an 80/20 plan!
Go to the gym 3 times a week and maintain my normal yoga 2 times a week!!!
My weakness is my husband and his love for bacon and ice cream and candy and chips!!!
