I was thinking back to what I was doing when I had my last baby and before I got pregnant with her I was drinking smoothies I made at home with strawberries mango honey and orange pineapple juice think I'm going to try it again she was a surprise though but I had been ttcing for 2 years prior with no luck
I'm sorry the witch showed. When I got pg with dd, I was drinking smoothies & eating tons of avocados in spinach salad with salmon. I was dieting! This last time, I ate what I normally do, and added apple cider vinegar to cleanse out my body. It makes you feel really good...it cleared my sinus infection on day 3. It also makes your ph more alkaline, which is favorable to sperm, so they will thrive better in there! Good luck!
