i track my cycles with OPKs and CM. i cant temp because my sleep has never been regular (literally since childhood) and i have no idea if im touching my cervix or not. heres how this cycle went:
CD14: fertile CM, negative OPK. we inseminated that night
CD15: HIGHLY fertile CM, positive OPK
CD16: fertile CM, positive OPK
CD17: transitional CM, negative OPK
we werent able to inseminate a second time this cycle, so im not sure we will catch the egg this time. but based on this, when would you think would be the best time to inseminate? our donor is very fertile, and my family seems to be very fertile, so if we can only inseminate 1 time each cycle im fine with it, i just want to make sure we are doing it at the best time.....
