Is anyone taking any vitamins or supplements other than a prenatal vitamin that they believe will increase their chance of getting pregnant? I have seen things about eating pineapple cores and things like that. Feedback?

I take lots of vitamins! Lol for a bunch of different reasons. I take B complex cause its supposed to help with you LP and some other things. I like it cause it helps digest food and give you energy. It really does a lot for you and would take it even not TTC. Plus any extra your body doesn't need of the B vitamins you just pee out. I also take cranberry supplements to help with urinary tract health. I take Evening Primrose Oil the first half of my cycle. Usually 2000-3000 mg or whatever it comes in. It comes 1000 per pill and on the bottle its say take one three times a day I usually do 2 or 3. I take Vit D because a lot of people are deficient in it, my doctor tested me and said mine was slightly low. There have been studies that link a Vit D deficiency to infertility. Plus my prenatal. And AZO yeast health because I am prone to getting a UTI then a yeast infection. And well if I get either i am not really up for BDing which I need to do if I wanna get pregnant.

Lol I am all about doing what you can naturally to balance your body out and get it working right.

I'm taking some vitamins, but not for TTC. I have seen some things and there is a company that sells a vitamin that is supposed to increase your chances, but I don't know if it works. Oh, I am taking folic acid.

The pineapple core is for specific days in your cycle. My acupuncurist had never heard of it, but she said it couldn't hurt. I did it this last IUI cycle with a BFN

Does Eating Pineapple with Bromelain help with Implantation during Pregnancy? - Fertility After 40: How I got pregnant naturally at 43 and had a healthy baby after years of infertility, IVF, IUI and Miscarriage

I get perscription PN's because I wanted folate in the pill, and this one also has DHA. I take extra folic acide on top of that.

I take a B complex, magnesium and vitamin D daily. I also take B6 twice daily before O to help improve CM. It's not a supplement, but I take mucinex before O as well.
