I've been using First Response OPK's, and have been using FMU. I've learned SMU is better, oops!

Anyways, is it possible to miss the surge if you use FMU? I had super dark almost positives the last two days with FMU, with lighter lines later in the day both days. Is it possible that I would have had a clear positive later in the morning and I missed it?

It is possible that you have missed it, also, are you testing 1 or 2 times a day? They say 2x is better. once around like 10am and again at like 2-3pm. Last cycle when I used the first response OPKs I only tested once a day and missed my surge, so it is definitely possible.

I've tested twice a day, the last two days have been a hair away from positive with fmu but much lighter later in the day.

We BD on CD 8 and 11, and my almost positives were on CD 10 and 11 so hopefully we're covered if I did O, but I just want to know lol

these tests can be frustrating sometimes! I do know for the most part they do say it is better not to use FMU. Hoping you caught that egg this cycle! Good Luck!

I'm stressing a bit that if we miss tonight we're out of luck...hoping that what we've done may be enough just in case, who knows lol
