So, I woke up yesterday morning with pink spotting and knew AF was starting (I took provera) I had light spotting all day until about 5pm when it turned to a moderate/ heavy flow and has continued that way since. Would you consider yesterday CD 1? Or today? Just wondering for clomid purposes, I'll be taking 150mg days 3-7 this month!

I've always heard the first day of bright red flow is considered CD 1. so if you had bright red flow yesterday, even if it started a little later in the day then I would consider yesterday to be CD 1 then.

Doctors consider it if it's after 5pm that cd 1 is the following day.

Ugh what if it was just before 5pm? I had plenty of bright red flow at night, bit just the spotting during the day. Idk, I think I'm going to count Saturday as CD1 I guess?
