It was recommended to me from a couple people. They say it can help put hormones back in balance and eventually help to get pregnant.

I've never tried it, but I've heard of many women using it. Hopefully it helps you.

I used dong quai and got pregnant that cycle with ds4. I was told to use it by my naturopath for light periods. I have heard vitex is the main one for lining up hormones. I've heard of maca, but never used it.

I've tried Maca, but I unfortunately keep forgetting to use it since I have it in the powder form. I have found making peanut butter Maca balls is the best way to use it since putting it in my coffee makes it turn to sludge. I've read up on it and heard great things about it. It balances your hormones naturally without USING hormones to balance. So it kind of helps boost whatever may be lacking...and with balanced hormones it "usually" helps greatly in getting pregnant

I did but quit using it before it had a chance to work.

Please seek a medical opinion, I feel like it made things worse for me.

Pretty sure I conceived DD using it. I know I started using it after my 2nd MC but not sure if I was still using it the cycle I got pregnant with her. I would have to look at my old chart.
Me: 34, DOR, right blocked tube, endo, insulin resistance DH: 33, SA normal
