i was watching a show on the national geo channell not too long ago about pregnancy and such.....they said on there that you are at a greater risk of having a m/c if you had previously given birth to a boy....has anyone else ever heard of this.... BTW...i have a little girl....so that's not the reason i'm asking...just thought it sounded kinda weird!
Never heard of that - it doesn't really make sense to me. My mom had three boys before me. She did have one m/c between her 2nd and 3rd - but that was because the baby attached to a fibroid that she had.
It seems to me that m/c happen for a variety of reasons, but I really cannot see how giving birth to a boy increases your chances. If so I would love to know why.
