I have doctor appts next week so I will ask him then but wondering - is exercising good or bad during the 2ww? Should it be modified? What about the heat thing? It's 90 here in philly and only getting hotter!!! I am not exercising after I found out (due to PROM with Caiden - precaution from doctor)
I have been exercising as normal.

My doc told me to go on like always.
I do cardio in the morning & some in the evening and lift weights 5 days/week.
I hope I'm not overdoing it in the 2WW!!!
I'm nervous about the exercise thing. I'm 5'5" and weight 110. I work out 3 days a week at the gym (combo of weights/yoga/pilates) and go on a hike on Saturdays. I'm thinking about getting a heart monitor after I O and wearing it so I don't go over the recommended heart rate for preggo women.
