This will be my fourth month ttc #1. I've decided to go all out this month. Got my opks, checking my cm and I am charting my temperatures also. Just wondering what I'm supposed to look for with my temperature. Is it supposed to go up when I'm o'ing or when I'm near o'ing? If anyone could give me a brief overview of what I should be looking for with my temps I'd really appreciate it. I'm new to all this charting stuff. Was hoping to just get pregnant without doing all this, but now I think it's time to get a little more involved! I'm am so joining the May DDC!
You may click on the link in my siggy that says My Fertility friend chart to see if it will help you. The day after you O your temps should rise. After 3 days of high temps you will know for sure that you did O. Your temps will stay elevated until its time for AF. Once AF arrives your temps will drop back down.
Remember that its very important to check your temp the same time every day and its recommended to take it before rising out of bed.
