I've been having dizzy spells since yesterday, and wondering if it could be associated with pre or post ovulation? I know that I just recently ovulated, and I think the day after, that's when I started getting dizzy spells. It only happens when I move my head pretty fast, get out of bed in the morning, or stretch in bed. And they are pretty bad, like the whole room just spins!! And when I stay still, it goes away.

Anyone experience this during or after the process of ovulation? I know I'm not pregnant (yet) because I tested this morning with a first response and got a bfn. I know I didn't test too early because if I was pregnant, I am sure to have gotten a bfp by now.

I've never gotten a dizzy spell when I ovulated in the past. What could be the reason why I'm having one now?

Okay that sounds like orthostatic hypotension. I have that. I have always had it and I don't really think that it is associated with either PreO or PostO. I know that some people do have worse problems with dizziness when they are pregnant. I would just try not to get out of bed too quickly or stand up too fast. That usually helps me.

It sounds like Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV).

Occurs when tiny calcium carbonate crystals form within the inner ear. Things like turning your head or rolling over in bed can bring on the spins, which usually last for a few seconds.

BPPV is usually self-limiting and will resolve in a matter of weeks.

That could be it too. Forgot about Vertigo. I have been told with my dizziness spells in the past that it was one of three things orthostatic hypotension, vertigo, and then the other was Vaso Vagal something (can't think of the word at the moment).
