just got back from the doctor. i saw a diffrent doctor and i really like her. alot better than my usual doctor. i felt like she listened to me better. anyway. i told her about my one negative blood test and my 8 positive pregnancy tests and she said that the blood test that they do just says pregnant or not so she had them draw blood again and they are going to do a beta count? it hurt so bad. i have huge veins...and usually i only have to get stuck once. today she stuck me once but only got a few drops of blood out of my right arm. so them she had to stick me in my left. it hurt so bad.

anyway. she did my yearly and she said that my cervix feels pregnant. woo!

she also listened for a heartbeat. now i am not a doctor but i have been pregnant before. i know what a babys heartbeat sounds like. she put the doppler on my stomach and we heard wooshing and my heart beat. she kept saying that it is very possible that it is too early. mid sentence there was a baby beat. i heard it and i know she heard it becuase she stopped talking and put the receiver up to her ear and searched in that area for a baby. she couldnt find it again. it only was for a second but we both heard it. she was quiet and continued to move the doppler back and forth across my stomach looking for it again. then we heard it again. over on the left side. only for a second and it was gone but i know she heard it because she searched for it like the first one. when she was done she didnt say she didnt hear anything. all she said was if they baby is posterior it would make it even harder to hear and that she thinks it is still early. she never said i cant find anything.

i dont know if i will get my results back today or tomorrow.

If she heard a h/b then maybe she will schedule a u/s. Normally you don't hear a h/b until 12 weeks.

she said that she could send me over for an u/s but i told her that i would probably have to get one to determine the due date and they were already going to do a beta cound blood test and that would tell me anyway. plus u/s are so expensive.
