Welcome!!

You should be taking pre-natal vitamins......especially for the folic acid in them. That is probably the most important one I can think of besides the basic stuff. Good Luck to you! I know a lot of other girls will respond with lots of tips too.

Welcome!

Don't stress out! I swear it is a leading cause in infertility, IMO. And I am guilty of it! Just enjoy the process! Good Luck!

Welcome! Glad to have you!

Kristin and Cindy are right. Take prenatal vit's and try not to stress! Something I think we're all guilty of at times.

Some of the things that I personally am trying are...

Temp charting
prenatal vit's
DH is also taking vit's
Instead Cups (these are great)

There are lots of great gals here full of advice and best of all, support. Have fun while TTC!

if you are a smoker and/or if hubby is a smoker, stop SMOKING!!.. there's studies that have been done that shows that it decreases sperm count and makes the spremies weak, and therefore are not able to swim as good.

if you are a coffee drinker, or drink a lot of caffinated drinks, try to decrease your intake, some studies have shown that it interferes with ovulation and sperm production.

one more, dont' overdo your exercise. i'm not saying stop altogether, but just take it a little easy on it. Intense physical exercise has been shown to interfere with ovulation.

hope those helps.. good luck!!
