I'm confused. What is considered to be day 1 of your cycle. Is it when you see the first signs (spotting) or when you have a full flow (bleeding)?

Any comments? I've received mixed responses, so just trying to clarify.

Also..what are "instead cups"?

I count on the first day of spotting.... but then again i'm not pregnant yet, so I dunno! The instead cups are used to hold your period but us TTC'ers use them to hold in the little spermies!

Just BD lots if you try and time it you might miss it!

i heard that you count day one as the first day that you see RED blood, not brown. Good Luck.
