I have majorly erratic cycles and PCOS so, I always assume I am not pregnant.
Anyway I had my last AF about 6 weeks ago now. I have gone MUCh longer so that is no strange event.
Anyway I was thinking nothing about it til I started getting breast pain and AF cramps about a week and a half ago or so. It was the "I know I am about to start any second" type of cramps.
I am still having them but not as intense now. Also at the same time my breast starting hurting a lot. Super sore all over and any pressure on the nipple area is KILLER.
Now this part has not eased up.

Anyway with PCOS I am relatively sure I am not pregnant... But my main question is what do the breast soreness symptoms really feel like?
And do the cramps REALLY feel like AF?

With PCOS this could VERY well just be that AF was trying to start and didn't manage to make it for a visit.

BTW I will test in the next few days if the cramps and tenderness continue.

Hi there, and welcome to the board!

I'm afraid I'm not going to be a lot of help with your question because I have never had a lot of breast pain or soreness during my pregnancies. With my eldest I had one sore boob around 6-7 DPO but that was the only one that sticks in my mind.

I definitely think you should test! Please keep us updated! x x
