It started this weekend, which is when my nipples started to hurt really badly. I woke up saturday and my DH said what happend to your face, it looks like youve been hit. I said IdK and went and looked. When I looked in the mirror there was a mark under my eye. I thought maybe I layed on my rings or soemthing but then it started to itch. I ignored it and went to take a shower with DH. Thats when I found out bout the nipps lol. Well I got out, dried off and he looked at me and said now your cheecks look broken out. I looked again and they were red. I said well, It might be from the hot shower and let it go. I went pee a few hours later and looked cause my face felt on fire. They were red and dry. I didnt wash my face or anything. No shampoo got on my face either. Since then, my face will get dry spots and im breaking out on my chin??
I ment to mention this to the other post this morning sorry.
That sounds like a rash or hives to me, not acne. I, personally, have never had itchy acne that appeared instantly. I would recommend some Benadryl (it's safe to take while preggo or ttc, I checked) and some hydrocortisone cream. If, despite trying to self-treat, your symptoms persist or you get worsening symptoms (like your tongue swelling) you should get it checked out. Good luck to you!
Yeah, you can break out when you're pregnant. It also happens often during PMS (another one of those unfortunate symptoms that appears both during pregnancy and before AF). From what you have written, it seriously sounds like a skin rash or possibly your face was wind-blown?? Idk where you live, but every winter as soon as it gets cold I get eczema on one of my legs. Always in the same spot. Because it's dry it gets itchy and because I scratch it it turns red. It's an evil cycle. Does that sound like what you're experiencing?
we did have wind but since it was over this past weekend, there wasnt any wind. I was fine then woke up that way. Right now it just burns....and is dry and is only on my cheeks lol DH says thats not like me
With my last pregnancy before AF was due I was breaking out in these tiny little acne that actually did seem like a rash. I have never gotten this at any other time. So it can be a sign of pregnancy and I hope it is for you.
