Me & the hubs been actively trying to conceive for 10 months now with no sucess, I know it's not him because he has two daughters from a previous relationship. If I get to 12 months without luck I am going to see a specialist but I was wondering if there is any supplements I can get over the counter to increase my chances?

Thanks in advance!

My SIL says she took something called African Yam supplements when she was trying to get pg with her son. She says you can get them at nutrition stores. I don't know if they actually work but there is always Google.

Pre-seed! It's a sperm friendly lubricant and I went 8 months with literally nothing happening and got PG the first cycle using it! I have yet to have a successful pregnancy.. 3 very early miscarriages so far but all with pre-seed so at least I have made progress!

How does the pre-seed work? You use it throughout the whole cycle or only during ovulation?

Ok question about the pre-seed(possible tmi), its a lubricant, so I am thinking is it only for woman who are drier.......because I know when we are DTD I am having no problems with the wettness factor....sorry. Also, where can you buy it?

lol theres really rarely such thing as TMI on this board so no worries! I don't think its necessarily just for women who are drier because "TMI" once we get going I have no wetness issues either.. lol (without preseed even) and I get completely noticeable fertile CM around O. The pre-seed can be used like any regular lubricant or it usually comes with like applicators that basically "pump" the stuff into you and you can let it "marinate" as me and DH call it for a lil bit before you are ready to BD

I always end up having to order it online because apparently everywhere we are there is none but different pharmacy type stores sell it.. I know rite aid and I believe CVS do but not every location does!

pre-seed.com I think is the website or you can google pre-seed and their website used to have a section where you could search for stores that carry it

I use natural progesterone cream during my luteal phase and it is great for balancing hormones and conceiving. You can get it at most health food stores. Just make sure 'progesterone' itself is on the ingredient list.

I also drink red raspberry tea. Not the tea bags you get from the store, but looseleaf stuff (use a tea ball to make it). I bought a pound of it online and I drink 1-3 cups a day. It can be drank all throughout pregnancy as well.
